Oxbow Center’s mission is to provide high quality individualized mental health services and addiction treatment to the communities of the Big Horn Basin.
Who We Are
Oxbow Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving the critical needs of Wyoming’s residents. We have offices in Washakie, Park, and Big Horn Counties – though serve clients from across the state.
Oxbow Center was founded in 2024 as a result of the merging Cloud Peak Counseling Center, Big Horn Basin Counseling Services, and Yellowstone Behavioral Health Center.
Our Vision
Oxbow Center’s vision is to build thriving communities with healthy minds where people can access mental health services and substance use treatment without barriers or stigma.
At Oxbow Center, we believe that receiving mental health care can and should be empowering, accessible to all, and a fundamental aspect of fostering holistic well-being for every individual.
When mental health is prioritized, we have seen that not only do individuals thrive, but so do their communities as a whole. We are breaking down stigmas and building a more supportive and resilient society where everyone can flourish.
