In our Cody location we provide a variety of outpatient services for residents in need of mental health and substance use support. We additionally serve clients through our H.O.P.E House facility and Wallace H. Johnson Group Home.

Helping Ourselves Perform Effectively

The mission of the H.O.P.E. House is to provide a supportive environment in which adults who suffer from serious mental illness can rediscover their self-respect, dignity, and abilities.

This is accomplished through the opportunity to perform productive work, obtain a sense of belonging, and create meaningful relationships.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

The Wallace H. Johnson Group Home is a regional transitional group home for adults with severe mental illness; providing services to the Northwest region of Wyoming (Park, Big Horn, Hot Springs, and Washakie Counties).

The Group Home offers a transitional program to assist people in strengthening or developing skills to live independently. The Group Home has six beds for men and women. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with professional mental health technicians and has access to a master level therapist, medication provider, and case management services
